وافق وزير الرياضة الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي الفيصل على تغيير مسمى نادي الجواء إلى «نادي رياض الخبراء»، بموجب قرار صدر بتاريخ 20 أكتوبر 2026، استناداً إلى ما أقرّته الجمعية العمومية للنادي في اجتماعها بتاريخ 21 سبتمبر الماضي.
وأعلن النادي الخبر مهنئاً أهالي رياض الخبراء ومحبيه، ومؤكداً أن المسمى الجديد يجسّد اعتزازه باسم المحافظة وهويتها، ويفتح فصلاً جديداً من الطموح نحو تحقيق الإنجازات.
وتُعدّ رياض الخبراء إحدى محافظات منطقة القصيم، ويمثّل اعتماد اسمها مسمىً للنادي محطةً بارزةً في مسيرته، وسط تطلعات أبنائه ومحبيه إلى حضور رياضي يواكب طموحاتهم.
The Minister of Sports, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, approved the renaming of Al-Jawaa Club to “Riyadh Al-Khubar Club,” based on a decision issued on October 20, 2026, in accordance with what was approved by the club’s general assembly in its meeting on September 21 of last month.
The club announced the news, congratulating the people of Riyadh Al-Khubar and its supporters, and affirming that the new name embodies its pride in the name and identity of the governorate, opening a new chapter of ambition towards achieving accomplishments.
Riyadh Al-Khubar is one of the governorates in the Al-Qassim region, and the adoption of its name as the club’s name represents a significant milestone in its journey, amidst the aspirations of its residents and supporters for a sports presence that meets their ambitions.
