حسم مارك كوزيكي وكيل أعمال مدرب ليفربول السابق يورغن كلوب الجدل بشأن إمكانية تولي موكله تدريب ريال مدريد، حال فوز إنريكي ريكيلمي برئاسة النادي.
وكان ريكيلمي قد أعلن نيته التعاقد مع المدرب الألماني يورغن كلوب، حال تفوقه على منافسه فلورنتينو بيريز في انتخابات ريال مدريد المقررة غداً (الأحد).
كلوب لن يدرب ريال مدريد
وقال وكيل كلوب في تصريح نقلته صحيفة «الغارديان» البريطانية: «هذا أمر مزعج! يورغن كلوب سعيد بدوره في ريد بول، وليس لديه أي طموحات للعمل مدرباً في نادٍ».
منصب كلوب الحالي
ويشغل المدرب السابق لليفربول منصب الرئيس العالمي لكرة القدم في مجموعة «ريد بول»، المالكة لعدد من الأندية حول العالم، أبرزها لايبزيغ الألماني وسالزبورغ النمساوي.
مسيرة رائعة مع ليفربول
وغادر يورغن كلوب نادي ليفربول قبل نحو عامين، وخلال فترة قيادته للريدز التي استمرت 9 سنوات، حقق العديد من الإنجازات البارزة، أبرزها الفوز بدوري أبطال أوروبا عام 2019، ثم التتويج بلقب الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز في الموسم التالي، ومنذ رحيله عن الريدز النادي الإنجليزي، لم يتولَّ أي منصب تدريبي.
Mark Koziak, the agent of former Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp, has settled the debate regarding the possibility of his client taking over as coach of Real Madrid, should Enrique Riquelme win the club’s presidency.
Riquelme had announced his intention to hire the German coach Jürgen Klopp if he surpasses his rival Florentino Pérez in the Real Madrid elections scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday).
Klopp Will Not Coach Real Madrid
Klopp’s agent stated in a comment reported by the British newspaper “The Guardian”: “This is annoying! Jürgen Klopp is happy in his role at Red Bull and has no ambitions to work as a coach at a club.”
Klopp’s Current Position
The former Liverpool manager holds the position of Global Football President at the “Red Bull” group, which owns several clubs around the world, most notably RB Leipzig in Germany and FC Salzburg in Austria.
A Remarkable Career with Liverpool
Jürgen Klopp left Liverpool about two years ago, and during his 9-year tenure with the Reds, he achieved many notable accomplishments, the most prominent being winning the UEFA Champions League in 2019, followed by clinching the Premier League title the following season. Since his departure from the English club, he has not taken on any coaching position.
