ودعت مدينة الحجاج بمنفذ حالة عمار ضيوف الرحمن بعد أن أتموا مناسكهم، ضمن منظومة متكاملة من الخدمات والتسهيلات التي تنفذها الجهات المشاركة، بإشراف ومتابعة أمير منطقة تبوك المشرف العام على أعمال الحج بالمنطقة الأمير فهد بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، في مشهد يجسد عناية المملكة بالحجاج وحرصها على توفير أفضل الخدمات لهم منذ لحظة قدومهم إلى أراضيها وحتى مغادرتهم بعد رحلة إيمانية اتسمت باليسر والطمأنينة وجودة الخدمات.
وتواصل مدينة الحجاج بمنفذ حالة عمار تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية والأخيرة من خطتها التشغيلية لموسم حج هذا العام، وسط جاهزية عالية وتكامل بين مختلف الجهات الحكومية والخدمية، بما يضمن سرعة إنهاء الإجراءات وسهولة الحركة وتقديم الخدمات الإرشادية والصحية والإنسانية للحجاج، حيث تشهد توافد أعداد كبيرة من العائدين إلى بلدانهم بعد أداء فريضة الحج، مسخرةً بذلك جميع إمكاناتها لضمان انسيابية حركة المغادرة وتوفير بيئة مريحة وآمنة تليق بضيوف الرحمن، من خلال منظومة عمل متكاملة تشمل جميع القطاعات الحكومية والخدمية، مودعةً إياهم بهدية خادم الحرمين الشريفين من المصاحف الشريفة.
نغادر بأجمل الذكريات
فيما كانت الحافلات تستعد لمغادرة مدينة الحجاج بحالة عمار، حمل ضيوف الرحمن معهم ذكريات رحلة إيمانية استثنائية، لم تقتصر على أداء المناسك فحسب، بل امتدت إلى ما وجدوه من عناية ورعاية وتنظيم في مختلف مراحل رحلتهم، وعبَّر عدد منهم عن شكرهم وتقديرهم لما لمسوه من خدمات وتسهيلات أسهمت في أداء مناسك الحج بكل يسر وطمأنينة، مؤكدين أن ما شاهدوه يجسد حجم الاهتمام الذي توليه المملكة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
وأشار الحاج فيصل صدقة من الأردن إلى أن رحلة الحج اتسمت بحسن التنظيم وتكامل الخدمات منذ لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة، وقال: «منذ وصولنا إلى المملكة وجدنا كل عناية واهتمام، وكانت الخدمات متوفرة في جميع المراحل، سواء هنا في مدينة الحجاج بمنفذ حالة عمار أو المشاعر المقدسة، وقد أدينا المناسك بكل يسر وسهولة، ونغادر اليوم ونحن نحمل أجمل الذكريات عن هذه الرحلة المباركة».

أشاد الحاج محمد زريقات من الأردن بدقة التنظيم وسرعة إنجاز الإجراءات وكرم الضيافة في مدينة الحجاج بمنفذ حالة عمار، مؤكداً أن ما شهده من خدمات وتسهيلات طوال رحلته يعكس حجم العناية التي توليها المملكة لضيوف الرحمن، مشيراً إلى أن الجهود المبذولة في خدمة الحجاج أكبر من أن تُختزل في كلمات أو تُحصر في مواقف محددة.
ونوهت الحاجة كفاء محمود من الأردن بما وجدته من اهتمام ورعاية في مختلف المواقع التي مرت بها خلال رحلتها، مؤكدةً أن تكامل الخدمات وتعاون الجهات أسهما في توفير أجواء من الراحة والطمأنينة، ما مكّن الحجاج من أداء مناسكهم بكل يسر وسهولة.
واختتمت الحاجة فاطمة محمد من الأردن مشاعر الحجاج بالتأكيد على أن رحلة الحج هذا العام شكلت تجربة إيمانية وإنسانية متكاملة، وقالت: «نشكر المملكة العربية السعودية قيادةً وشعباً على ما قدمته من خدمات ورعاية لضيوف الرحمن، فقد لمسنا حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة والتنظيم المتميز منذ وصولنا لمدينة الحجاج بمنفذ حالة عمار، وحتى مغادرتنا، وهو ما سيبقى حاضراً في ذاكرتنا، وذاكرة كل حاج عاش هذه التجربة الإيمانية والخدمية».
The city of pilgrims at the Al-Hala Ammar crossing bid farewell to the guests of Allah after they completed their rituals, as part of a comprehensive system of services and facilities implemented by the participating entities, under the supervision and follow-up of the Emir of the Tabuk region, the general supervisor of Hajj operations in the area, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz. This scene embodies the Kingdom’s care for the pilgrims and its commitment to providing them with the best services from the moment they arrive in its lands until their departure after a spiritual journey characterized by ease, tranquility, and quality services.
The city of pilgrims at the Al-Hala Ammar crossing continues to implement the second and final phase of its operational plan for this year’s Hajj season, amidst high readiness and integration among various governmental and service entities, ensuring the swift completion of procedures, ease of movement, and the provision of guidance, health, and humanitarian services to the pilgrims. It is witnessing a large influx of those returning to their countries after performing the Hajj, utilizing all its capabilities to ensure smooth departure and provide a comfortable and safe environment befitting the guests of Allah, through a comprehensive work system that includes all governmental and service sectors, bidding them farewell with a gift from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the form of the Holy Qurans.

As the buses were preparing to leave the city of pilgrims at Al-Hala Ammar, the guests of Allah carried with them memories of an exceptional spiritual journey, which was not limited to performing the rituals alone, but extended to the care, attention, and organization they found at various stages of their journey. Several of them expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the services and facilities that contributed to performing the Hajj rituals with ease and tranquility, affirming that what they witnessed reflects the level of attention the Kingdom gives to serving the guests of Allah.
Hajj Faisal Sadqa from Jordan pointed out that the Hajj journey was characterized by excellent organization and integrated services from the moment of arrival until departure. He said: “Since our arrival in the Kingdom, we have found all the care and attention, and services were available at all stages, whether here in the city of pilgrims at Al-Hala Ammar or in the holy sites. We performed the rituals with ease and comfort, and we depart today carrying the most beautiful memories of this blessed journey.”

Hajj Muhammad Zreikat from Jordan praised the accuracy of the organization, the speed of completing procedures, and the hospitality in the city of pilgrims at Al-Hala Ammar, confirming that what he witnessed in terms of services and facilities throughout his journey reflects the level of care the Kingdom provides to the guests of Allah. He noted that the efforts made in serving the pilgrims are too great to be summarized in words or confined to specific situations.
Hajj Kifah Mahmoud from Jordan highlighted the attention and care she received at various locations during her journey, affirming that the integration of services and cooperation among entities contributed to providing an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility, enabling the pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and simplicity.
Hajj Fatima Muhammad from Jordan concluded the sentiments of the pilgrims by emphasizing that this year’s Hajj journey constituted a comprehensive spiritual and human experience. She said: “We thank the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its leadership, and its people for the services and care provided to the guests of Allah. We felt the warm welcome, generous hospitality, and distinguished organization from the moment we arrived at the city of pilgrims at Al-Hala Ammar, until our departure, which will remain present in our memories and in the memory of every pilgrim who experienced this spiritual and service journey.”
