أدرجت النيابة العامة خدمة جديدة تحت مسمى «الامتناع عن التنفيذ» ضمن خدماتها الإلكترونية، لتمكين المستفيدين من الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم تنفيذ الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة من المحاكم. وتتيح الخدمة تقديم البلاغات إلكترونياً عبر بوابة النيابة العامة دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة مقراتها، ما يسهم في تسريع الإجراءات وتسهيل الوصول إلى الخدمات العدلية وتحسين تجربة المستفيدين.
وتظهر خدمة «الامتناع عن التنفيذ» ضمن قائمة الخدمات الإلكترونية للنيابة العامة إلى جانب خدمات أخرى، تشمل طلب زيارة مقر النيابة، وطلب رد المضبوطات، والتواصل مع النيابات، وخدمات مركز برنامج حماية المبلغين والشهود والخبراء والضحايا.
وأوضح المحامي عبدالله الكاسب لـ«عكاظ» أن إتاحة الإبلاغ إلكترونياً عن حالات الامتناع عن التنفيذ تسهم في تعزيز الامتثال للأحكام القضائية، وتسهل على المستفيدين الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة مقرات النيابة العامة وفروعها في المناطق.
The Public Prosecution has introduced a new service under the name “Refusal to Execute” as part of its electronic services, enabling beneficiaries to report cases of non-execution of judgments and decisions issued by the courts. The service allows for electronic reporting through the Public Prosecution portal without the need to visit its offices, which contributes to speeding up procedures, facilitating access to judicial services, and improving the experience of beneficiaries.
The “Refusal to Execute” service appears in the list of electronic services of the Public Prosecution alongside other services, including requests for visiting the Prosecution office, requests for the return of seized items, communication with the Prosecutions, and services from the Witness and Victim Protection Program.
Lawyer Abdullah Al-Kasib explained to “Okaz” that the availability of electronic reporting for cases of refusal to execute contributes to enhancing compliance with judicial rulings and makes it easier for beneficiaries to report cases of non-execution of judicial rulings without the need to visit the offices of the Public Prosecution and its branches in the regions.
