أكدت وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة لـ«عكاظ» خضوع استخدام المبيدات وممارسة الأنشطة الزراعية لضوابط واشتراطات تحمي الصحة العامة والبيئة، وتضمن سلامة المنتجات الزراعية.
توعدت الوزارة المخالفين بالعقوبات وكشفت عن صدور «دليل المبيدات 2026م»، لتنظيم تسجيل المبيدات وتداولها واستخدامها، وتوفير قوائم محدثة بالمسجلة والمصرح باستخدامها، وتحديد المبيدات المقيدة والمحظورة، وتوضيح إرشادات الاستخدام الآمن وفترات الأمان الواجب الالتزام بها قبل حصاد المحاصيل.
ويتضمن بيانات المبيدات المسجلة وأسماءها التجارية ومعدلات استخدامها وطرق تطبيقها، وتصنيفها إلى حشرية، وعناكبية، وفطرية، وعشبية وغيرها، بما يساعد المزارعين والممارسين على الالتزام بالتعليمات الفنية والتنظيمية المعتمدة.
وشددت الوزارة على ضرورة التحقق من بيانات ملصق المبيد ورقم تسجيله، والالتزام بمعدلات الاستخدام وفترات الأمان المحددة قبل الحصاد. وفي ما يتعلق بتنظيم الأنشطة الزراعية، أشارت الوزارة إلى إتاحة خدمة إصدار رخصة ممارسة النشاط الزراعي عبر المنصة الرسمية التي تتيح للممارسين إصدار الرخص وتحديث بيانات الأنشطة القائمة في الحيازات الزراعية، وتسجيل الأنشطة الزراعية والحيوانية والسمكية وغيرها.
The Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture confirmed to “Okaz” that the use of pesticides and agricultural activities are subject to regulations and conditions that protect public health and the environment, ensuring the safety of agricultural products.
The ministry warned violators of penalties and revealed the issuance of the “Pesticide Guide 2026,” to regulate the registration, trading, and use of pesticides, provide updated lists of registered and authorized products, identify restricted and prohibited pesticides, and clarify safe use guidelines and safety intervals that must be adhered to before harvesting crops.
The guide includes data on registered pesticides, their commercial names, usage rates, and application methods, classifying them into insecticides, acaricides, fungicides, herbicides, and others, which helps farmers and practitioners comply with the approved technical and regulatory instructions.
The ministry emphasized the necessity of verifying the pesticide label data and its registration number, and adhering to the specified usage rates and safety intervals before harvesting. Regarding the regulation of agricultural activities, the ministry pointed out the availability of a service for issuing agricultural activity licenses through the official platform, which allows practitioners to issue licenses and update data on existing activities in agricultural holdings, as well as register agricultural, animal, and fishery activities, among others.
