فضح سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى اليمن محمد سعيد آل جابر اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أكاذيب وادعاءات الحوثي التي تزعم أن مناطق سيطرته تعيش في حصار، مؤكداً أن جميع الموانئ مفتوحة بينما يرفض هو المبادرات لتسيير رحلات إلى مطار صنعاء، ويقحم اليمنيين في صراعات ويتاجر بمعاناتهم.
وكتب آل جابر في تدوينات على حسابه في «إكس»: «إذا كان تفكيرك مطرقةً فسترى كل شيء مسماراً»؛ وهذا حال الحوثي الذي يرى في كل أزمة فرصةً للتصعيد، وفي كل استحقاق سياسي عائقاً أمام مشروعه، وفي دماء اليمنيين وقوداً لمغامراته.
وأشار إلى أن الحوثي هرب من استحقاقات الحوار الوطني، واستحقاقات خريطة الطريق، وأقحم اليمن في صراعات إقليمية لا تخدم الشعب اليمني وتراعي حاجاته الأساسية، ثم عاد يتاجر بمعاناة اليمنيين ويتهم الآخرين بتعطيل السلام!
ولفت إلى أن مطار صنعاء كان يعمل وتُسيَّر عبره الرحلات، حتى احتجز في يونيو 2024 أربع طائرات للخطوط اليمنية، انتهت بسببه وأمام أعين الجميع بتدمير المطار والطائرات الأربع في مايو 2025، وحين طُرحت المبادرات، ومنها استئجار طائرات تحت إشراف الخطوط اليمنية، ومبادرة أخرى أردنية لتسيير رحلات عمّان–صنعاء، قوبلت بالرفض أو بشروط جديدة. فمن عطّل المطار حقاً؟
وفيما يتعلق بمزاعم الحوثي بوجود حصار كتب السفير آل جابر: يتحدث عن الحصار، فيما تستقبل موانئ الحديدة شحنات الغذاء والأدوية والوقود والبضائع التجارية بشكلٍ يومي، ثم يحوّل إيراداتها وكافة موارد الدولة، من الاتصالات والضرائب والجمارك والواجبات وزكاة الخُمس التي يأخذها طوعاً أو كرهاً، لتمويل حربه على اليمنيين، والمملكة وعلى السفن التجارية في الممرات البحرية، رافضاً تسليم رواتب الموظفين وتحمله مسؤولية الخدمات في المناطق التي يسيطر عليها بقوة السلاح، مستخدماً العنف ضد من يطالب بها أو من يعارضه.
وأكد السفير السعودي أن هذه ليست اتهامات مرسلةً؛ ففي تقريره النهائي، أفاد فريق خبراء الأمم المتحدة (S/2024/731) بأن الحوثيين تستغل سيطرتها على قطاع الاتصالات لجمع الأموال لسلاحها المسيّر وقواتها الساحلية عبر ملايين الرسائل النصية، وأنها حصّلت نحو 994 مليار ريال رسوماً جمركيةً على الوقود الوارد عبر موانئ الحديدة بين أبريل 2022 ويونيو 2024 وحدها، وقدّر الفريق دخلها من هذا القطاع بنحو 1.34 تريليون ريال، كما يحصل الحوثيون على 2 مليار دولار سنوياً من النفط المهرب فقط، كل هذه الأموال وغيرها تُسخّر لأغراض عسكرية.
وبين آل جابر أن الممارسات الحوثية تكشف عن نمطٍ متكرر في توظيف الأزمات وأداةً للضغط السياسي ثم يتقمص دور الضحية متجاهلاً مسؤولية قراراته، والنتيجة وطنٌ منهك، وشعبٌ يدفع فاتورة مشروعٍ يخدم أجندات خارجية ومغامرات متطرفة لا تنتهي.
وأضاف: في تعز تتجلى المأساة بوضوحٍ أكبر: فهو يحاصر سكانها المدنيين ويقطع الطريق عليهم ويزيد من معاناة إخوتنا في تعز من الوصول إلى الغذاء والدواء، كيف يستقيم أيُّ حديثٍ مع حصار تعز، وتعطيل المطار، وإقحام البلاد في صراعات إقليمية، وإراقة الدماء، وتعطيل استحقاقات السلام؟
وأضاف: «اليمن ليس ملكاً للحوثي، وتعز لن تكون رهينةً لمشروعه، وسيخرج اليمن وشعبه منتصراً بإذن الله، فاليمن يستحق دولةً مستقرةً، ومؤسساتٍ فاعلةً، ورواتبَ منتظمةً، وطرقاً مفتوحةً، وسلاماً يحفظ كرامة مواطنيه».
وشدد بالقول: «أما المملكة، فستحمي شعبها وأمنها وأراضيها وسفنها وستستمر داعماً وسنداً للشعب اليمني الشقيق وحكومته الشرعية، حتى يتحقق الأمن والسلام والاستقرار ودعم تنميته وازدهاره».
وختتم حديثه بالقول: «حفظ الله المملكة واليمن وشعبها الشقيق من كل من أراد بهما شراً».
The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Yemen, Mohammed Saeed Al-Jaber, today (Tuesday) exposed the lies and claims of the Houthis that allege their controlled areas are under siege, confirming that all ports are open while they refuse initiatives to operate flights to Sana’a Airport, dragging Yemenis into conflicts and exploiting their suffering.
Al-Jaber wrote in posts on his account on “X”: “If your thinking is a hammer, you will see everything as a nail”; this is the case with the Houthis, who see every crisis as an opportunity for escalation, and every political entitlement as an obstacle to their project, using the blood of Yemenis as fuel for their adventures.
He pointed out that the Houthis have evaded the requirements of the national dialogue and the roadmap, dragging Yemen into regional conflicts that do not serve the Yemeni people and do not address their basic needs, and then they return to exploit the suffering of Yemenis while accusing others of obstructing peace!
He noted that Sana’a Airport was operational and flights were being conducted until four Yemeni Airlines planes were seized in June 2024, which ultimately led to the destruction of the airport and the four planes in May 2025, all in front of everyone’s eyes. When initiatives were proposed, including renting planes under the supervision of Yemeni Airlines and another Jordanian initiative to operate flights from Amman to Sana’a, they were met with rejection or new conditions. So who really obstructed the airport?
Regarding the Houthi claims of a siege, Ambassador Al-Jaber wrote: He talks about the siege while the ports of Hodeidah receive shipments of food, medicine, fuel, and commercial goods daily, then he diverts their revenues and all state resources, from telecommunications, taxes, customs duties, and the Khums zakat that he takes willingly or unwillingly, to finance his war against the Yemenis, the Kingdom, and commercial ships in maritime corridors, refusing to pay the salaries of employees and taking responsibility for services in the areas he controls by force, using violence against those who demand them or oppose him.
The Saudi ambassador confirmed that these are not unfounded accusations; in its final report, the UN Experts Team (S/2024/731) stated that the Houthis exploit their control over the telecommunications sector to raise funds for their drones and coastal forces through millions of text messages, and that they collected about 994 billion riyals in customs duties on fuel imported through the ports of Hodeidah between April 2022 and June 2024 alone. The team estimated their income from this sector at about 1.34 trillion riyals, and the Houthis also receive 2 billion dollars annually from smuggled oil alone; all this money and more is used for military purposes.
Al-Jaber indicated that Houthi practices reveal a recurring pattern in exploiting crises as a tool for political pressure, then they take on the role of the victim, ignoring the responsibility of their decisions, resulting in a worn-out nation and a people paying the price for a project that serves foreign agendas and endless extremist adventures.
He added: In Taiz, the tragedy is even clearer: they besiege its civilian residents, cut off their access, and increase the suffering of our brothers in Taiz in reaching food and medicine. How can any discussion be reasonable with the siege of Taiz, the obstruction of the airport, dragging the country into regional conflicts, spilling blood, and obstructing peace entitlements?
He added: “Yemen does not belong to the Houthis, and Taiz will not be a hostage to their project, and Yemen and its people will emerge victorious, God willing. Yemen deserves a stable state, effective institutions, regular salaries, open roads, and peace that preserves the dignity of its citizens.”
He emphasized: “As for the Kingdom, it will protect its people, security, lands, and ships, and will continue to support and stand by the brotherly Yemeni people and their legitimate government until security, peace, and stability are achieved and development and prosperity are supported.”
He concluded his remarks by saying: “May God protect the Kingdom and Yemen and its brotherly people from all who wish them harm.”
