كشف الموزع الموسيقي فهد الشلبي اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ضد الاتهامات التي وجهتها إليه المغنية المصرية مروة نصر، والتي زعمت من خلالها تعرّضها للنصب بعد مماطلته في تنفيذ أغنية تعاونا فيها معاً.
اتهامات باطلة
وأكدت إدارة أعمال فهد في بيان إعلامي أصدرته عبر حسابه على «إنستغرام»، رفضها القاطع لما يجري تداوله من شائعات وادعاءات واتهامات باطلة، لا تستند إلى أي أساس من الصحة أو المصداقية.
وأوضحت الاحتفاظ بكافة حقوقها القانونية في مواجهة كل من يرتكب أفعال التشهير أو الافتراء، أو ينشر ويروج معلومات مضللة من شأنها المساس بالسمعة والإضرار بالمصالح، مؤكدة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق كل من يثبت تورطه في التشهير، مشيرة إلى عملها حالياً على استكمال الإجراءات القانونية والقضائية المناسبة تجاه المنصات الإلكترونية والحسابات التي تنشر تلك الادعاءات والأخبار الكاذبة أو تعيد تداولها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك وفقاً للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.
بداية الأزمة
وتعود تفاصيل الخلاف بين مروة نصر وفهد الشلبي إلى منشور بثته نصر عبر حسابها على «إنستغرام»، اتهمت فيه الموزع الموسيقي فهد بالحصول على أموال منها مقابل تنفيذ أغنية، دون الوفاء بالتزامه وتسليم العمل المتفق عليه.
وقالت مروة “أرسلت الأموال إلى الموزع من أجل تنفيذ الأغنية، لكنه استمر في المماطلة وتأجيل الحديث عن موعد إنجازها، وظل يكذب، ويماطل في الحديث عن تنفيذ الأغنية، حتى اعترف في نهاية المطاف بأنه أنفق أموال الأغنية»، بحسب تعبيرها.
وزعمت المغنية بأن فهد طلب منها دفع مبلغ مالي كبير حتى يرسل إليها الأغنية، وذلك بعدما أقر، وفق روايتها، بأنه أنفق الأموال التي حصل عليها منها، وهو ما دفعها إلى نشر تفاصيل الخلاف عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
وأرفقت مروة منشورها بصورة لجزء من محادثة جرت بينها وبين الموزع الموسيقي فهد عبر أحد تطبيقات المراسلة، في إطار عرض روايتها بشأن تفاصيل التعامل المالي والخلاف الذي نشب بينهما حول تنفيذ الأغنية.
الاستعانة بالنقيب
وكشفت نصر أنها لجأت إلى نقيب المهن الموسيقية في مصر الفنان مصطفى كامل، للتوسط من أجل تسوية الخلاف مع الموزع الموسيقي واستعادة حقوقها المالية.
وأوضحت بأن مصطفى كامل أبلغها، بحسب روايتها، بأن الموزع المذكور لا يتبع أي جهة أو نقابة في مصر أو الكويت، وهو ما يحول دون قدرته على التدخل لمساعدتها في حل الأزمة.
وشددت مروة في منشورها على تمسكها باستعادة أموالها من فهد، مؤكدة أنها لن تتنازل عن حقوقها المالية، كما زعمت أنها ليست المغنية الأولى التي تتعرض للنصب على يده، وفقاً لما ذكرته في منشورها.
The music distributor Fahd Al-Shalabi has taken legal action against the accusations made by the Egyptian singer Marwa Nasr, who claimed that she was defrauded after he delayed the execution of a song they collaborated on.
False Accusations
Fahd’s management confirmed in a press statement issued through his Instagram account that they categorically reject the rumors, claims, and false accusations being circulated, which have no basis in truth or credibility.
They clarified that they reserve all legal rights to confront anyone who commits acts of defamation or slander, or who publishes and promotes misleading information that could harm reputation and interests, affirming that they will take necessary legal actions against anyone proven to be involved in defamation. They indicated that they are currently working on completing the appropriate legal and judicial procedures against the electronic platforms and accounts that publish or circulate these claims and false news on social media, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Beginning of the Crisis
The details of the dispute between Marwa Nasr and Fahd Al-Shalabi stem from a post Nasr shared on her Instagram account, in which she accused the music distributor Fahd of taking money from her to execute a song, without fulfilling his obligation to deliver the agreed-upon work.
Marwa stated, “I sent the money to the distributor to execute the song, but he continued to procrastinate and delay discussing the completion date, and he kept lying and stalling about executing the song, until he eventually admitted that he spent the song’s money,” according to her expression.
The singer alleged that Fahd asked her to pay a large sum of money in order to send her the song, after he acknowledged, according to her account, that he had spent the money he received from her, which prompted her to publish the details of the dispute on social media platforms.
Marwa attached her post with a screenshot of part of a conversation that took place between her and the music distributor Fahd via one of the messaging apps, as part of presenting her narrative regarding the financial dealings and the dispute that arose between them over the execution of the song.
Seeking the Union’s Help
Nasr revealed that she turned to the head of the Music Professions Syndicate in Egypt, artist Mustafa Kamel, to mediate for the settlement of the dispute with the music distributor and to recover her financial rights.
She explained that Mustafa Kamel informed her, according to her account, that the mentioned distributor does not belong to any organization or syndicate in Egypt or Kuwait, which prevents him from being able to intervene to help her resolve the crisis.
Marwa emphasized in her post her insistence on recovering her money from Fahd, asserting that she will not waive her financial rights, and she claimed that she is not the first singer to be defrauded by him, according to what she mentioned in her post.
