حين تتحول أسوار المؤسسات التي أُنشئت خصيصاً لرعاية وحماية الضعفاء إلى مسرح لتجاوزات مرعبة، تقف القلوب عاجزة أمام قسوة التفاصيل. ففي إحدى قضايا الرأي العام التي هزت الشارع المغربي، تفجرت فضيحة مدوية داخل مؤسسة خيرية في فاس بعد أن كشفت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي كواليس شبكة إجرامية استغلت نزلاء قاصرين في أفعال منافية للأخلاق والاعتداءات الجنسية والسرقة.
لم تشعل القضية الرأي العام في المغرب بسبب تقارير رقابية تقليدية، بل انطلقت شرارتها الأولى حين انتشر مقطع فيديو مصور على موقع «يوتيوب»، وثق بالصوت والصورة نزلاء قاصرين وهم يروون تفاصيل صادمة عما يتعرضون له داخل أسوار المؤسسة. تلك الإفادات الحية لم تترك للجهات القضائية مجالاً للتردد، إذ سارعت فور تداول الفيديو إلى إصدار تعليمات صارمة للفرقة الجهوية للشرطة القضائية لفتح تحقيق شامل ومعمق.
وبعد أشهر عدة من الأبحاث السرية والميدانية تمكن المحققون من تفكيك خيوط الجريمة وإسقاط المتورطين تباعاً، ليجد 18 مشتبهاً بهم أنفسهم في قفص الاتهام. وأمام غرفة الجنايات بالمحكمة المختصة، شهدت الجلسات تطورات دراماتيكية، إذ سعت هيئة الدفاع باستماتة للحصول على إطلاق سراح مؤقت لبعض المتهمين، غير أن ممثل النيابة العامة تصدى لهذه الالتماسات بصرامة بالغة، مستنداً إلى فداحة الأفعال وخطورتها الإجرامية، وهو ما أيدته المحكمة بقرار حاسم قضى برفض إطلاق السراح المؤقت وإبقاء المتهمين رهن الاعتقال.
وتعيد هذه القضية إلى الواجهة كثيراً من الأسئلة المؤلمة حول آليات مراقبة المؤسسات الاجتماعية، وتؤكد كيف يمكن لكاميرا هاتف وفيديو منشور على «يوتيوب» أن يسقطا شبكة إجرامية كانت تظن أن أفعالها ستظل في طي الكتمان للأبد.
