أكدت وزارة البلديات أهمية التزام العاملين في أنشطة الغذاء والصحة العامة بالحصول على الشهادات الصحية لحماية المستهلك والحد من المخاطر الصحية المرتبطة بممارسة الأنشطة الخدمية والغذائية.
وأفادت الوزارة بأن الحصول على الشهادة الصحية يتطلب إجراء الفحص الطبي للعامل لدى الجهات الصحية المعتمدة للتأكد من سلامته الصحية وخلوه من الأمراض المعدية، إضافة إلى اجتياز اختبار التثقيف الصحي في المدن التي يُطبَّق فيها البرنامج وفق قائمة المهن المعتمدة،
وأوضحت أن الشهادة الصحية تعد من المتطلبات الأساسية للعاملين في المنشآت الغذائية أو التي لها علاقة بالصحة العامة، وتشمل عدداً من الأنشطة والمهن، من بينها المطاعم والمقاهي والمخابز ومحلات بيع الأغذية، إضافة إلى صالونات الحلاقة والتزيين النسائي ومغاسل الملابس ومراكز الاسترخاء والعناية بالجسم.
وبيّنت أن إصدار الشهادة الصحية يتم إلكترونياً عبر منصة وتطبيق «بلدي»، من خلال تقديم الطلب من قبل العامل أو ممثل المنشأة، ثم استكمال إجراءات التحقق من المهنة ورخصة المحل ونشاط الرخصة وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
وأبانت الوزارة أن مدة صلاحية الشهادة الصحية تبلغ سنة واحدة من تاريخ إصدارها، ويمكن تجديدها قبل انتهاء صلاحيتها بـ60 يوماً، داعيةً العاملين وأصحاب المنشآت إلى الاستفادة من الخدمات الرقمية المتاحة عبر منصة وتطبيق «بلدي» لاستكمال إجراءات إصدار الشهادات الصحية وتجديدها بكل يسر.
The Ministry of Municipalities has emphasized the importance of employees in food and public health activities obtaining health certificates to protect consumers and reduce health risks associated with engaging in service and food-related activities.
The ministry stated that obtaining a health certificate requires a medical examination of the worker by accredited health authorities to ensure their health safety and that they are free from infectious diseases, in addition to passing the health education test in cities where the program is implemented according to the approved list of professions.
It clarified that the health certificate is one of the essential requirements for workers in food establishments or those related to public health, and it includes a number of activities and professions, including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food retail shops, as well as hair salons, women’s beauty salons, laundry services, and relaxation and body care centers.
The issuance of the health certificate is done electronically through the “Baladi” platform and application, by submitting the application by the worker or the representative of the establishment, and then completing the verification procedures for the profession, the shop license, and the license activity according to the approved procedures.
The ministry indicated that the validity period of the health certificate is one year from the date of issuance, and it can be renewed 60 days before its expiration. It urged workers and establishment owners to take advantage of the digital services available through the “Baladi” platform and application to complete the procedures for issuing and renewing health certificates with ease.
