
نالت المدير العام للإدارة العامة للتطوع بهيئة الهلال الأحمر منيرة الحمزة، وسام مجلس التعاون للخدمة المدنية والتنمية الإدارية للعام 2026، تقديراً لإسهاماتها في تطوير العمل التطوعي والإنساني، وقيادة مبادرات عززت المشاركة المجتمعية وكفاءة الخدمات الإسعافية.
وجاء التكريم تقديراً لجهود منيرة الحمزة في إطلاق منصة التطوع الرقمية، وبرنامج «كفو» لتحفيز المتطوعين، والمساهمة في تطوير تطبيق «المستجيب»، إلى جانب تطوير برامج التطوع الإسعافي في مناطق المملكة ومواسم الحج والعمرة، بما أسهم في نشر ثقافة التطوع ورفع جاهزية المجتمع للاستجابة للحالات الطارئة.
وأسهمت هذه الجهود في وصول عدد المتطوعين والمتطوعات إلى أكثر من 332 ألفاً، وتنفيذ أكثر من 152 ألف فرصة تطوعية، وتحقيق ما يزيد على 8.3 ملايين ساعة تطوعية، في مؤشر على تنامي أثر العمل التطوعي في المجالات الإنسانية والمجتمعية.
ويعكس هذا الإنجاز حضور المرأة السعودية في المواقع القيادية، ودورها في تطوير الخدمات الصحية والإسعافية، بما يتوافق مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، وبرنامج تحول القطاع الصحي في تنمية القدرات الوطنية وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية.
The Director General of the General Administration for Volunteering at the Red Crescent Authority, Munira Al-Hamza, received the Gulf Cooperation Council Medal for Civil Service and Administrative Development for the year 2026, in recognition of her contributions to the development of volunteer and humanitarian work, and her leadership of initiatives that enhanced community participation and the efficiency of emergency services.
This honor came in appreciation of Munira Al-Hamza’s efforts in launching the digital volunteering platform, the “Kafu” program to motivate volunteers, and her contribution to the development of the “Responder” application, in addition to developing emergency volunteering programs in various regions of the Kingdom and during the Hajj and Umrah seasons, which helped spread the culture of volunteering and increased the community’s readiness to respond to emergencies.
These efforts have contributed to the number of volunteers reaching more than 332,000, the implementation of over 152,000 volunteer opportunities, and achieving more than 8.3 million volunteer hours, indicating the growing impact of volunteer work in humanitarian and community fields.
This achievement reflects the presence of Saudi women in leadership positions and their role in developing health and emergency services, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Health Sector Transformation Program in developing national capabilities and enhancing community participation.
