تتوجه جموع الحجيج، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، إلى صعيد عرفات؛ لأداء ركن الحج الأعظم، في هذا اليوم المشهود الذي وصفه النبي بأفضل الأيام، إذ يقف المسلمون في عرفات منذ طلوع الشمس حتى غروبها. وبدأت خطة التصعيد إلى مشعر عرفات عقب مغرب أمس، وتترافق خطة التصعيد بخبرات وتجارب متراكمة للعاملين في الجهات المشاركة في خدمة الحجاج، وسط تنسيق عالٍ بين الجهات مع توظيف التقنية في التحكم والمراقبة والذكاء الاصطناعي.
ويعد مشعر عرفة أو عرفات الوحيد من مشاعر الحج الذي يقع خارج الحرم، وهو عبارة عن سهل منبسط به جبل عرفات المسمى بجبل الرحمة الذي يصل طوله إلى 300 متر وفي وسطه شاخص بطول 7 أمتار، فيما يحيط بعرفات قوس من الجبال ووتره وادي عرنة، ويقع على الطريق بين مكة والطائف شرقي مكة بنحو 22 كيلو مترًا على بعد 10 كيلومترات من مشعر منى و6 كيلو مترات من مزدلفة بمساحة تقدر بـ 10.4 كيلومتر مربع وليس بعرفة سكان إلا أيام الحج.
ومن السنة أن ينزل الحاج بنمرة -إن تيسر له ذلك- وإلا فليتأكد من نزوله داخل حدود عرفة، وهناك الكثير من العلامات واللوحات الإرشادية التي توضح ذلك، وعرفة كلها موقف.
وفي هذا اليوم ينشغل الحاج بالتلبية والذكر ويكثر من الاستغفار والتكبير والتهليل ويتجه إلى الله خاشعًا متضرعًا، ويجتهد في الدعاء لنفسه وأهله وأولاده ولإخوانه المسلمين جميعًا.
وبعد غروب شمس التاسع من ذي الحجة، تسير قوافل الحجيج صوب مشعر مزدلفة ليصلّوا بها المغرب والعشاء جمعًا وقصرًا بأذان واحد وإقامتين فور وصولهم، ثم يبيتون ليلتهم هناك ملبين ذاكرين شاكرين الله على فضله وإحسانه بأن كتب لهم شهود وقفة عرفات.
أنظمة وقاية من الحريق
واصلت قوات الدفاع المدني بالحج الجولات الرقابية بمراكز ضيافة الحجاج، ومتابعة أنظمة الوقاية والحماية من الحريق في مشعر عرفات، وشملت الجولات الرقابية تفقد ممرات ومخارج الطوارئ في مساكن الحجاج، وخلوها من أي عوائق عند عمليات الإخلاء، والتأكد من جاهزية وسائل الإطفاء والإنذار المبكر.
خفض حرارة محيط نمرة
أسهم مشروع تطوير وتلطيف الساحات المحيطة بمسجد نمرة في تحسين البيئة المحيطة بالحجاج، عبر عناصر تظليل وتشجير ومراوح رذاذ متطورة على مساحة تتجاوز (85) ألف متر مربع، تسهم في خفض تأثير الحرارة المباشرة، وتوفير أجواء أكثر راحة خلال تنقل ضيوف الرحمن وأدائهم للمناسك.
وتضمّنت أعمال التطوير زراعة أكثر من (2000) شجرة، إلى جانب تنفيذ (320) مظلة و(350) مروحة رذاذ لتلطيف الأجواء وخفض درجات الحرارة، إضافة إلى أكثر من (150) مشربية مياه لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن في محيط المسجد، إضافة إلى تنفيذ أرضيات مطاطية ومسارات مخصصة للطوارئ وتنظيم الحشود، بما يسهم في تعزيز السلامة وسهولة الحركة داخل المنطقة.
وتضمّنت الأعمال تظليل الساحة الشرقية لمسجد نمرة، ضمن منظومة تطويرية تهدف إلى تحسين المشهد الحضري وإيجاد بيئة أكثر راحة واستدامة في مشعر عرفات، عبر مشروعات نوعية مستدامة تثري تجربة ضيوف الرحمن.
وبحسب المتحدث باسم وزارة الحج والعمرة غسان النويمي فإن مشروع تطوير المنطقة المحيطة بجبل الرحمة يسهم في خفض درجة الحرارة من خلال منظومة تبريد متكاملة تمتد على مساحة تتجاوز (272) ألف متر مربع.
30 وحدة صحية
فعَّلت وزارة الصحة (30) وحدة صحيَّة، منها (26) بمشعر مزدلفة، و(4) وحدات صحيَّة موزَّعة على امتداد الجمرات والحرم، خدمةً لضيوف الرَّحمن خلال موسم حج 1447هـ؛ بهدف تعزيز التغطية الصحيَّة، وتسريع الوصول للخدمات الصحيَّة، فيما تم تجهيز مستشفى شرق عرفات، ومستشفى جبل الرحمة، والمستشفى الميداني بعرفات.
وتقدِّم الوحدات الصحيّة خدمات علاجيّة للحجاج تشمل التعامل مع حالات ضربات الشمس، والإجهاد الحراري والبدني، والإصابات الجلديّة والتسلّخات، إلى جانب نوبات الربو والإغماء، والتعامل مع لدغات ولسعات الزَّواحف، بما يعزِّز سرعة الاستجابة للحالات الصحيَّة.
يُذكر أنّ المنظومة الصحيّة سخّرت أكثر من (3000) مركبة وآلية إسعافيّة متنوّعة، إلى جانب (11) طائرة للإسعاف الجويِّ، و(526) نقطة انطلاق فوري للإسعاف، مدعومة بأكثر من (7700) كادر إسعاف ميداني، وذلك ضمن خطط الجاهزيَّة الصحيَّة لخدمة ضيوف الرَّحمن خلال موسم حج هذا العام.
Today (Tuesday), the crowds of pilgrims are heading to the plain of Arafat to perform the greatest pillar of Hajj, on this significant day that the Prophet described as the best of days, as Muslims stand in Arafat from sunrise until sunset. The plan for the ascent to the sacred site of Arafat began after sunset yesterday, accompanied by the accumulated experiences and expertise of the workers in the agencies participating in the service of the pilgrims, amidst high coordination among the agencies with the use of technology for control, monitoring, and artificial intelligence.
Arafat is the only sacred site of Hajj that is located outside the sanctuary; it is a flat plain with Mount Arafat, known as the Mountain of Mercy, which is 300 meters tall, and in its center stands a pillar 7 meters high. Arafat is surrounded by a crescent of mountains, with the valley of Arna at its base, located on the road between Mecca and Taif, approximately 22 kilometers east of Mecca, 10 kilometers from Mina, and 6 kilometers from Muzdalifah, covering an area estimated at 10.4 square kilometers, and there are no residents in Arafat except during the days of Hajj.
It is Sunnah for the pilgrim to descend at Nimra – if possible – otherwise, he should ensure that he descends within the boundaries of Arafat, and there are many signs and guiding boards that clarify this, and all of Arafat is a standing place.
On this day, the pilgrim engages in the Talbiyah and remembrance, increases in seeking forgiveness, glorification, and declaration of faith, turning to Allah humbly and earnestly, striving in supplication for himself, his family, his children, and for all his Muslim brothers.
After sunset on the ninth of Dhul-Hijjah, the caravans of pilgrims move towards Muzdalifah to pray the Maghrib and Isha prayers combined and shortened with one call to prayer and two iqamahs immediately upon their arrival, then they spend the night there, responding, remembering, and thanking Allah for His grace and kindness in granting them the opportunity to witness the standing at Arafat.
Fire Prevention Systems
The Civil Defense forces continued their monitoring rounds at the hospitality centers for the pilgrims, following up on fire prevention and protection systems in the sacred site of Arafat. The monitoring rounds included checking the corridors and emergency exits in the pilgrims’ accommodations, ensuring they were free of any obstacles during evacuation operations, and confirming the readiness of firefighting and early warning systems.
Cooling the Surroundings of Nimra
The project for developing and cooling the areas surrounding Nimra Mosque has contributed to improving the environment for the pilgrims, through shading elements, tree planting, and advanced mist fans over an area exceeding 85,000 square meters, which helps reduce the impact of direct heat and provides a more comfortable atmosphere during the movement of the guests of Allah and their performance of the rituals.
The development works included planting more than 2,000 trees, in addition to implementing 320 canopies and 350 mist fans to cool the atmosphere and lower temperatures, along with more than 150 water troughs to serve the guests of Allah around the mosque, as well as the installation of rubber flooring and designated emergency paths and crowd management, contributing to enhancing safety and ease of movement within the area.
The works included shading the eastern courtyard of Nimra Mosque, as part of a developmental system aimed at improving the urban scene and creating a more comfortable and sustainable environment in the sacred site of Arafat, through sustainable quality projects that enrich the experience of the guests of Allah.
According to the spokesperson for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Ghassan Al-Nuimi, the project to develop the area surrounding the Mountain of Mercy contributes to lowering the temperature through a comprehensive cooling system extending over an area exceeding 272,000 square meters.
30 Health Units
The Ministry of Health has activated 30 health units, including 26 in Muzdalifah and 4 health units distributed along the Jamarat and the sanctuary, to serve the guests of Allah during the Hajj season of 1447 AH; aimed at enhancing health coverage and speeding up access to health services. The East Arafat Hospital, the Mountain of Mercy Hospital, and the field hospital in Arafat have also been prepared.
The health units provide treatment services for the pilgrims, including dealing with cases of sunstroke, heat and physical exhaustion, skin injuries and abrasions, as well as asthma attacks and fainting, and handling bites and stings from reptiles, enhancing the speed of response to health cases.
It is noteworthy that the health system has mobilized more than 3,000 diverse emergency vehicles and ambulances, in addition to 11 air ambulances, and 526 immediate response points for emergencies, supported by more than 7,700 field emergency personnel, as part of the health readiness plans to serve the guests of Allah during this year’s Hajj season.
