تتجلّى في سماء خدمة ضيوف الرحمن رؤية سعودية شاملة، لا تكتفي بتقديم الخدمة فحسب، بل تُحيل رحلة الحج إلى تجربة إنسانية ملهمة وتاريخ يُدون ليروى عبر الأجيال، محورها «صنع في السعودية». ومن رحم هذه الرؤية ولدت مبادرة «طريق مكة» لتكون النموذج الفريد، الذي أعاد تعريف الرحلة الإيمانية منذ لحظاتها الأولى، محولةً الانتقال الجغرافي من الصعب إلى الميسّر، إذ تغدو التقنية شريكاً والراحة أولوية والتميز عنواناً.
وبدأت ملامح هذه المبادرة في التشكل 1438هـ (2017م)، حين انطلقت تجريبياً في ماليزيا، لتمتد لاحقاً وتتسع مظلتها عاماً بعد عام، فشملت إندونيسيا وتونس وبنغلاديش وباكستان، وصمدت أمام تحديات جائحة كورونا لتعود أقوى مما كانت؛ ففي 1444هـ (2023م)، انضمت تركيا وكوت ديفوار، ثم المالديف في 1446هـ، وصولاً إلى عامنا الحالي 1447هـ (2026م)، الذي شهد قفزة نوعية بوصول عدد الدول المستفيدة إلى 10 دول بإضافة السنغال وبروناي دار السلام، لتُنفذ أعمالها بدقة متناهية عبر 17 منفذاً دولياً حول العالم.
وتبدأ هذه التجربة الاستثنائية بلمسة تنظيمية فائقة في بلد المغادرة، إذ تُنهى كافة الإجراءات من أخذ الخصائص الحيوية والتحقق من الاشتراطات الصحية والحصول على التأشيرة الإلكترونية، وصولاً إلى استخراج بطاقة صعود الطائرة وفرز الأمتعة وترميزها تقنياً؛ إذ يقوم فريق عمل الجوازات السعودي في مطارات تلك الدول بإنهاء إجراءات الدخول للمملكة قبل الإقلاع، مما يضمن للحاج وصولاً مباشراً إلى الحافلات فور هبوطه في مطاري الملك عبدالعزيز بجدة أو الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بالمدينة المنورة.
ولا تقف المبادرة عند حدود المطار، بل تمتد لتشمل منظومة لوجستية مبهرة تتولى مسؤولية نقل أمتعة الحجاج من مطارات المغادرة مباشرة إلى مقار سكنهم في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، إذ يتم فرزها وإيصالها إلى الغرف بدقة تامة، مما يعفي ضيوف الرحمن من عناء الانتظار، ويرسخ مكانة المملكة الريادية في ابتكار حلول ذكية تجعل من رحلة الحج مساراً آمناً ومريحاً يجسد أسمى قيم التفاني والاحترافية.
The sky of serving the guests of the Merciful reflects a comprehensive Saudi vision that does not merely provide service but transforms the pilgrimage journey into an inspiring human experience and a history that will be recorded to be told across generations, centered around “Made in Saudi Arabia.” From this vision was born the “Makkah Route” initiative, which serves as a unique model that redefined the spiritual journey from its very first moments, turning geographical movement from difficult to easy, where technology becomes a partner, comfort a priority, and excellence a hallmark.
The outlines of this initiative began to take shape in 1438 AH (2017 AD), when it was launched experimentally in Malaysia, later expanding its umbrella year after year to include Indonesia, Tunisia, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. It withstood the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and returned stronger than ever; in 1444 AH (2023 AD), Turkey and Côte d’Ivoire joined, followed by the Maldives in 1446 AH, leading up to our current year 1447 AH (2026 AD), which witnessed a qualitative leap with the number of benefiting countries reaching 10, with the addition of Senegal and Brunei Darussalam, executing its operations with utmost precision through 17 international outlets around the world.
This exceptional experience begins with an outstanding organizational touch in the country of departure, as all procedures are completed from taking biometric features, verifying health requirements, and obtaining the electronic visa, to issuing the boarding pass and sorting and technically coding the luggage. The Saudi passport team at the airports of those countries completes the entry procedures to the Kingdom before takeoff, ensuring that pilgrims have direct access to buses immediately upon landing at King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah or Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport in Medina.
The initiative does not stop at the airport; it extends to include an impressive logistical system responsible for transporting pilgrims’ luggage directly from departure airports to their accommodations in Makkah and Medina, where it is sorted and delivered to the rooms with complete accuracy, relieving the guests of the Merciful from the burden of waiting and reinforcing the Kingdom’s pioneering position in innovating smart solutions that make the pilgrimage journey a safe and comfortable path that embodies the highest values of dedication and professionalism.
