The spontaneous encounter between the two actresses Nadine Njeim and Shukran Murtaja caught attention during their participation in the jury of the Mr. Lebanon 2026 competition, as it turned into a friendly conversation filled with a lot of teasing and hints about a long-awaited artistic collaboration.
During the event, the two stars were asked about the possibility of working together on a dramatic project, to which Nadine jokingly responded to her colleague: “I’ve been waiting for you for 15 years,” a comment that sparked reactions from the audience and social media users, who considered the statement an open invitation for a project that brings the two stars together.
The evening also featured a discussion about the future of drama in light of the rapid development of artificial intelligence, where Nadine confirmed that she does not mind benefiting from modern technologies in artistic production, as long as they remain a supportive tool for creative work and not a substitute for the human element.
For her part, Shukran Murtaja revealed her regrets about declining several dramatic projects, expressing her enthusiasm for the idea of returning to the series (Abu Janti), but clarified that her participation in the project has not been finalized yet.
