كشف الفنان المصري توفيق عبد الحميد موقفه من إمكانية العودة إلى الساحة الفنية مجددًا، بعد قراره باعتزال التمثيل خلال الفترة الماضية بسبب ظروفه الصحية.
لا تراجع في الاعتزال
وأوضح عبر منشور نشره على حسابه الرسمي بموقع «فيسبوك» أنه لا يفكر حاليًا في التراجع عن قرار الاعتزال، مؤكدًا أنه يشعر بالرضا والاستقرار، مشيرًا إلى أن معاناته الصحية ما زالت تمثل العائق الرئيسي أمام العودة للعمل الفني.
أمنية فنية
وأضاف أنه في حال تحسنت حالته الصحية وتعافى بشكل كامل، فإنه يتمنى أن تكون محطته الفنية الأخيرة من خلال عمل يقدم على خشبة المسرح القومي، ليختتم مشواره الفني في المكان الذي يحمل له مكانة خاصة.

كانت المشاركة الدرامية الأخيرة لتوفيق عبد الحميد من خلال مسلسل «يوتيرن»، الذي عرض خلال موسم رمضان 2022، وشارك في بطولته نخبة من الفنانين من بينهم ريهام حجاج.
ظروف أجبرته على الابتعاد
وعقب انتهاء التجربة، فضل توفيق عبد الحميد التوقف عن ممارسة النشاط الفني في ظل معاناته من متاعب صحية أثرت على حركة قدمه وقدرته على التنقل بشكل طبيعي، الأمر الذي دفعه للابتعاد عن الأضواء والتركيز على حالته الصحية.
The Egyptian artist Tawfiq Abdel Hamid revealed his position on the possibility of returning to the artistic scene again, after his decision to retire from acting during the past period due to his health conditions.
No Going Back on Retirement
He clarified through a post published on his official account on “Facebook” that he is not currently considering reversing his retirement decision, affirming that he feels content and stable, noting that his health struggles still represent the main obstacle to returning to artistic work.
Artistic Wish
He added that if his health improves and he fully recovers, he hopes that his final artistic station would be through a work presented on the national theater stage, to conclude his artistic journey in a place that holds a special significance for him.
His Last Works
Tawfiq Abdel Hamid’s last dramatic participation was through the series “Yoturn,” which aired during the Ramadan season of 2022, featuring a selection of artists including Riham Haggag.
Circumstances Forced Him to Stay Away
After the experience ended, Tawfiq Abdel Hamid preferred to stop engaging in artistic activities due to his health troubles that affected the movement of his foot and his ability to move normally, which led him to stay away from the spotlight and focus on his health condition.
